Content Syndication? What is it? A question I’m getting asked a lot lately…. And how does it fit in with our SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Strategy.
First let’s speak to the big elephant in the room. Matt Cutts of Google has recently came out and said that “gaming the system” is NO longer going to work unless you want to pay a HUGE price in the form of a Google penalty.
Below is our exact step-by-step system. We call it our Content Syndication “Wild Fire Method”. The ultimate goal is to drive FREE organic traffic to your posts, articles, and other content.

You will obviously NEED to create accounts at each of these properties/steps as you move through the first time. This Does NOT tell you how to do that. Most are self explanatory. This is meant to take you step-by-step through the syndication

The tools I recommend for doing this?
For automation and scheduling for later I recommend: www.bufferapp.com and www.hootsuite.com
Both of these have chrome/firefox bookmarklets and/or plugins to help
For on the spot syndication I recommend the “AddThis” plugin for either chrome or firefox which allows you to just pick the service and automoatically post it.

Two Ways To Submit To Tumblr

Take Main Photo from Post/Article and tag corretly

Auto-Schedule this through Hootsuite, Buffer, or Social Oomph
